This level starts out in the elevator you exited from. It will ascend, and
will stall as some imps and Vulgars spawn. But the elevator soon resumes its
ascent.
Now, go all the way around the elevator and up the stairs. As you keep walking
on the path, you will find grenades on the top of a box. Pick them up and
continue down the path. You should end up in a room, where a guy hides inside a
locker. Talk to him if you want. However, he doesn’t really give you any useful
information. If you've been injured, go to the Medical Station to the left of
the locker the guy was in. There should be a videodisc about the Grabber. Once
again, educational. Then go forward and pick up Marcus Tanner's PDA. The only
useful thing on it is a locker combination, as well as access to a door. Go back
out the door that you came in from. You will encounter 3 Imps on your way back
down the stairs, where you will meet 2 more Imps. To the one-o-clock to the
elevator, there will be a half-opened door, crouch under it and pass through.
You will see a cinematic showing a vulgar popping out at you, whip out a grenade
and blow him up. Quick and easy. Go up to the door to your left, and the newly
downloaded PDA will grant you access through the door. As you walk through the
hall, you will come to a cavern. Walk straight through and kill the vulgar and
spider waiting for you. Continue on, and to the left, you will see a room with a
large, red portal. Hop over the bricks, and you'll see a cinematic showing the
Hell Hunter "Time" come through the portal. RAWRR.

HELL HUNTER 1: "TIME"
Health: 1000
Attacks: Fireball-15; Fireball Storm-10 per each; Slash-40
Ability gained: Hell Time(AKA Slow Motion)
Ok, first off, the artifact can’t do anything yet, and no weapons of yours will
hurt this guy. Also, he can teleport around faster than a Wraith, throw
fireballs, and is not very personable up close. Nonetheless, it is easy to beat
him, as you only need one weapon for this fight: The Ionized Plasma Levitator
AKA: The Grabber. You see those green bolts (Or teal bolts, if you're anal about
it) flying from those two cannons? Catch them and throw them at him. Each one
does 200 damage to him lads! 5 shots (6 on hard, and 7 on Nightmare) will end
this guy's life.
Now that you have beaten the boss, you now have a new power for the artifact,
SLOW TIME! Now the heart will be wildly beating, and your marine's hands will go
from.... Happy hands...to...old hands! Now go to the door on your right. In this
small room, you find out that the artifact can be charged by human souls. Go
through the door ahead of you and take a right. Now there’s gonna be a slight
tremor as compacting wall will start up. Use the artifact to slow time, and pass
through the ‘Mighty Walls of death’. Take the front or the left. Doesn’t matter,
now there’s gonna be a Z-Sec Zombie with a machinegun. Once he has been
vanquished, walk toward the door into the next room. Take a right to collect
health and Shells, then go back and use the artifact, remove the power cell, and
run through the door. If you don’t make it, put the power cell back in and try
again. Now that you're through, continue forward and you'll receive a new
objective, you'll also see a guy fall out a window. Poor guy. Keep walking and
remove the boxes in your way to get through the door. In the next room an Imp
will pop out at you. Once it is dead, walk over to the dead guy and collect his
soul. At the end of the hall to your left a vulgar will spawn, I recommend
taking him out with a grenade. Go to the next room and wipe out all the enemies,
then continue to the next room.
Now you're gonna find an imp eating a leg, kill it before it has a chance to
attack you. Pick up the shells and armor before going to the next room.
Immediately, a human will fall from the ceiling. Collect his soul, if you need
it. Then 2 Vulgars and an Imp will ambush you. after they are dead, proceed to
the locker and enter the code ‘516’. Go back on your path to the next room. 3
Z-Secs will not hesitate to attack you, chuck a grenade at them, and kill off
the remaining scum with the machinegun. As Father Gregori would say, "Aim for
the head!".
In the next room, you'll find a shotgun and machinegun Z-Sec, followed by an
Imp. Then continue to the next room. Now you'll find an Imp to your right. Shoot
the barrel next to him. Go down the steps and download Gregory Martin's PDA.
Your Security clearance will now be updated. Other than that, there is nothing
of use in the PDA. Go up to the panel, lower the ladder and kill the enemies
that just spawned.
Go up the ladder, and go through the door straight ahead of you. There will be a
machinegun Z-Sec waiting behind a box for you. Now go to the room at your left.
There's Gonna be a couple of Vulgars waiting for you. Now go through the next
door. Insert the power cell into the Generator. Retrace your steps after
throwing the elevator switch. There will be a vulgar and two Z-Sec Zombies
waiting to greet you. As you go back outside, there will be another Z-Sec
camping in front of the ladder, once he is finished, bring out the grabber for
the Forgottens on the way. Once all the enemies have been cleared from the
perimeter, take the elevator exit to
Erebus Labs.
