Once you exit the elevator straight ahead there will be some stairs. Go up the stairs. Once up the stairs in the upper right hand corner there will be some crates. Jump over the crates and into to the corner. There will be some armor. Now jump back out and go back down the stairs. Turn right and go forward a bit. To your right you will see a health dispenser. Once you have full health go right and there will be a door. Go through the door.

Once through the door go left. There will be a control panel with 2 buttons. ‘Activate chamber’ and ‘Open chamber’. Press ‘Open chamber’. Now turn right and there will be a door. Go through it. Once through the door there will be an elevator infront of you.

Go down the elevator. Now turn around and go forward a bit. To your left there will be some stairs. Go up them. There will be a scientist directly infront of you. Listen to what he says to you. Follow him into the office. Once he is finished talking turn right and there will be a PDA and a video disk on the table. Once you have picked those up turn to your left. There will be a control panel with the button ‘Disable security lock’. Press the button. Now to your right the locker will open revealing a cache of weapons and armor :D Inside are 2 machine guns, 3 shotguns, 2 boxes of hand grenades, 3 clips, a chaingun, a belt of ammo, some shells and some armor.

Now exit the room and turn right. There will be another door. Go through it. You will see another door directly infront of you. Go through it. Infront of you to the left of the crate is belt of ammo. Pick it up. Now turn right and there will be a door. Go through it. On the other side of the door will be an imp will pounce at you. Kill him and a zombie with a machine gun will come at you from directly infront. There will also be a zombie with a machine gun on the bridge above you to the right and a zombie with a shotgun on the left. Kill them both then go forward a bit and a lot of trites will attack you. Just before the bridge to your left will be some hand grenades and a medkit.

Now go forward until you hit the wall. Now turn left and there will be some stairs. Go up the stairs. Once up the stairs go left and a zombie with a shotgun and a zombie with a machine gun will attack you. Kill them and trites will come from across the bridge. Kill those and more trites will come from the stairs behind you. Now go forward a bit towards the bridge and a wall will open to your left revealing a zombie with pistol. Kill him and go to the area that just opened up. Inside there will be clips, a cell, armor, a medkit and adrenaline.

Now turn around and go left across the bridge. To your left you will see 2 doors. Go through the doors to your immediate left. Now follow the corridor until your reach the locked door. Everything will go red and a woman will tell you they took her baby. Now go back towards the door you came in from and to your right there will be cells, armor and a medkit. Now go back out the door.

To your left there will be a door. Go through it. Directly infront of you will be another door. Go through it. To your right you will see a console. Next to the console will be a PDA. Pick up the PDA. On the console there will be a control panel. Press the button labeled ‘Extend Service Bridge’

Once you press the button a zombie with a machine gun and a zombie with a shotgun will come through the door you came in from. Kill them then turn around. To your right you will see a bridge. Cross it. Right infront of you there will be some armor. Pick it up and the wall to your left will open and 2 imps will come out. Kill them and 3 trites will come from behind you. After you kill the trites you there will be a bridge infront of you. Cross it.

Once you get halfway across the bridge a zombie with a machine gun will come through the door infront of you. Kill him and go through the door. Now trites will come from infront of you. Kill them then turn left. To your left there will be a door. Go through it. Once through the door a zombie with a shotgun will be to your right, one more with a shotgun to your left, another zombie with a machine gun to your left and a maggot behind you. After you kill them turn left and go forward a bit. To your left will armor and 3 medkits.

Once you pick them up turn around and go to the shelf opposite to you and there will be 2 boxes of shells and some bullets. Now turn right and there will be a door. Go towards it. Now turn to your left. On the shelf there will be a clip. Pick it up and go through the door.

A maggot will teleport in behind you. Kill him and turn around. Go across the bridge. Once across the bridge there will be a desk with armor on it directly in front of you. Go towards it and the wall to your left will open. Kill him and then pick up the armor. Now go the section of wall that opened and there will be a ladder on the left side. Climb up it. Once up the ladder go forward then right. Go forward a bit and a maggot will teleport in directly infront of you. Kill him then turn right and go forward.

After a few meters 3 trites will come from your right and a maggot will attack you from behind. Kill them and keep going forward. When you reach the bend more trites will attack you from behind. Kill them and turn around. Continue going forward. Once around the next bend an imp will teleport infront of you. Kill him and trites will come from the same place he was. Go forward to where the imp was and turn right.

There will be a ladder. Go down the ladder. Once down the ladder turn right and there will be armor directly infront of you. Pick it up and a wall will open directly infront of you. Go into the new space and turn right. Follow the little corridor. When you reach a more open area there will be armor to your right. Pick it up. Look Straight ahead and there will be 3 cells and a medkit. Pick them up. Once you pick them up turn left and you will see a plasma gun. Pick it up. When you do lots of imps will teleport into every corner of the room. Once have killed them all turn right. Look behind the pillars and there will be adrenaline and a medkit.

Now exit the room. Keep going until you reach the place where you got your armor. There will be a zombie with a machine gun to your right and a zombie with a pistol to your left. Kill them both and then cross the bridge to your right. There will be a door on the other end of the bridge. Go through it. Then to your immediate right there will be a health dispenser. Once you are at full health turn around. Directly infront of you will be a ladder. Go towards it. A maggot will teleport in behind you. Kill him and trites will come in to your right. Kill them.

Now go into the corner that is opposite the ladder. There will be some armor. Pick it up and then turn around and go up the ladder. Once up the ladder there will be a door to your right. A zombie with a shotgun will come through the door. Kill him and there will be a cabinet to your right. Go open the cabinet using the code 651. Inside are cells, a clip and some armor. Now turn around and go through the door to your right. Once through the door there will be another door directly infront of you. Go through it.

Infront of you there will be some stairs. Go down them. Once down the stairs trites will come from both left and right. Once you have killed them turn left and there will be some more stairs. Go down the stairs. Once down the stairs trites will come from both left and right. Once you have killed them all turn left and go behind the stairs. Keep going forward and there will be some armor. Once you have the armor turn around and go back to the stairs. There will be a door infront of you. Go through the door. Once through the door there will be a bridge infront of you. Go towards the bridge.

Across the bridge 2 zombies with shotguns and 1 with a machine gun will attack you. Kill them then cross the bridge. Once across the bridge go directly forward and there will be 2 medkits and adrenaline. Once you grab the adrenaline turn around and go down the corridor. A zombie with a machine gun will come from infront of you. Another zombie with a machine gun will come up behind you. After you have killed them both go straight forward and there will be some shells. Now turn around and there will be some crates in the corner. Jump over the crates and there will be some armor.

Now jump back over the crates. Turn left and go forward. Now turn right and follow the corridor. There some stairs. Go up the stairs and there will be a door. Go through the door. Go forward then left. A zombie with a pistol will come from your left. Kill him. Straight ahead infront of you there will be a door. Go through it. Turn left and go forward. There will be a door to your left. Go through it. Go forward then turn right. Then turn right again and there will be an imp infront of you. Kill the imp and then turn left. There will be a machine gun and 2 clips. Pick them up then turn right then go right again.

There will be some stairs. Go down them. To your immediate left will be a health dispenser. Make sure you are on full health. Next to the health dispenser will be a shotgun. Now turn around and go left. There will be a locked door your left and some crates to your right. Look behind the crates and there will be some clips. Pick up the clips. Now turn around and go left. To your left will be an unlocked door. Go through it.

Boss

You will see a short cut scene. Now you must kill the Vagary. Up close she will slash you. And from a distance she will hurl objects at you using her telekinetic abilities. She has 1300 health. Kill her like you would any other monster. Shooting her in the head does 2x damage. I’d recommend using the plasma gun or chaingun. Once she is dead a door will be unlocked. Open the door by using the control panel on the right of the door. Then press the button labeled ‘Exit Alpha Labs 4’ to move to EnPro Plant.
